Do I Have To Include Everyone That I Owe Money To In The Bankruptcy?

A debtor is required to list all companies they owe money to, all people they owe money to in their bankruptcy documents, whether it’s Chase Manhattan Bank, whether it’s TRD, National, whatever the bank. They’re obligated to report whatever person, whether it be Uncle Harry and Sally, they have to list everybody they owe money to. That’s a requirement.
