Are taxes ever dischargeable?

Sometimes taxes are dischargeable. There’s a few factors that it depends on;  how old the tax that is and it depends on whether or not the returns were filed on time. And it also depends whether or not it has been assessed by the IRS and what exactly that tax that was assessed by the IRS. If you meet all those factors, it can be dischargeable, but they’re not always dischargeable.
