Alan C. Kauffman serves Of Counsel with Klein Law Group in Boca Raton. For more than 40 years, he has been focusing on real estate law and complex litigation cases. He brings this truly unrivaled amount of experience to Klein Law Group, further enabling our team to serve our clients and protect their best interests.
Before he began practicing in Florida, Alan was a member of the Bar of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for more than two decades. He was also a senior partner of Dilworth, Paxson, Kalish & Kauffman — a major Philadelphia law firm — to handle a variety of litigation cases, such as stockholders derivative claims, wrongful discharge cases, family law, general personal injury litigation, estate and probate litigation, and creditor rights representation for banks. He has also acted as key counsel for several landmark cases, including the class action against the Florida Lottery brought by the employees of the Lottery.
Mr. Kauffman has argued cases in various state courts and in United States District Courts in a variety of jurisdictions throughout the country as well as in various Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Kauffman is AV® Rated by Martindale-Hubbell®, the highest rating attainable for that prestigious organization.
